Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful ladies! To honor all the moms out there, I made this cute single layered Mother’s Day card using Lawn Fawn’s Elephant Parade stamp along with a bunch of other Lawn Fawn sets to celebrate this special day.

The elephants were ink-blended using Copic markers in: C00, C1, C3 and C5 and RV10 for the cheeks and ears. I masked the elephants to color in the backgrounds using Lawn Fawn’s Cloudy Stencils (PinkFresh Dye Ink in Sky Blue) and Grassy Hillside Stencils (PinkFresh Dye Ink in Grassy Knolls).

Once the background was done, I removed the masking tape from the elephants and stamped the floating hearts in JetBlack ink and colored it with R39 and R27. Next, I stamped the sentiments with Black Licorice ink. The sentiments are from the Dandy Day and Swan Soiree sets.

Next I glued the completed panel to an A2 card base. From the Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame set, I die-cut the largest frame in white then adhered it to the top of the completed panel on the card base. For finishing touches, I drew accent marks along the elephants and hearts using the Gelly Roll 08 pen in white.
